It has been a pleasure for us at St. Paul's to have met so many of you, our customers. We have gotten to know some of you well, particularly those who have ordered from us so many times over the years, and we will miss seeing you.

The problem for us is that Angel Food does not stick to its published calendar, but makes changes with very short notice. It was only on March 17 that we ouselves learned about the change from March 19 to March 26.

Our facilities are heavily used for all kinds of events, some of which are scheduled months in advance. There are special events for which advance tickets are sold, wedding receptions, large banquets, plays, all of which require advance setup. When Angel Food changed the schedule for the rest of 2011, it created conflicts with major events already scheduled. We were left with no other choice.
