VBS 2012

Use the following form to enroll your children for VBS.

Please do not leave out any information!

We will gather each morning in the sanctuary. Parents or caregivers will sign their children in each day giving details as to who will pick up the camper. Campers must be signed out in the sanctuary each day at the conclusion of the session, 12:00 noon. Campers must be entering Kindergarten in the fall of 2012. The fee for camp is $20 per camper or $35 per family. (Early bird discount is $15 per camper or $30 per family if received before May 31st, 2012.)

Child care for children younger than Kindergarden is available for camp volunteers.
