Children's Christian Formation (Sunday School)
10 - 10:55 am; Nearly Every Sunday Morning
Knowing God is as vital to your child’s development as knowing
about God. Our classrooms provide a place for our children to deepen their experience of God and Christian practices while
learning about the experiences of God’s people in the world. Our classrooms rely on the benefits of 2 Montessori style
Christian education programs – Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and Weaving God's Promises. Our children focus on the
parables of Jesus, the Old Testament epics and the practices of communion. All the age groupings have some flexibility to
best meet the needs of each child. Our classrooms are upstairs and color coded in vibrant shades of paint. During the summer,
children’s Sunday school is offered most Sundays, usually in a multi-age setting with a special program.
