Earth Time Stories: An Afternoon of Storytelling and Community Conversation

Sunday, August 2 • 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. • Good Shepherd Lutheran Church

The Interfaith Climate Alliance invites the community to the inaugural Earth Time Stories gathering on Sunday, August 2, from 3:30–5:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (2925 Old Missouri Road, Fayetteville).

Earth Time Stories is an intergenerational storytelling series that brings people together to share memories, experiences, and observations about the changes they have witnessed in their communities and the natural world over the course of their lives. Through personal stories and thoughtful conversation, the series seeks to foster connection, understanding, and community resilience.

The first gathering will feature local elder David Garcia, who will share reflections from a lifetime of experiencing social and environmental change. Following his presentation, participants will be invited to join in a guided community conversation and reflection.

Attendance is limited to encourage meaningful discussion. To learn more or RSVP, contact the Interfaith Climate Alliance at interfaithclimateanwa(at)gmail(dot)com.
