Youth Ministry
The mission of St. Paul’s Youth Ministry is to form lifelong disciples by exploring God's love in a supportive and inclusive community.
Building upon the foundations laid in our Children’s Ministry programs, we strive to offer the youth of our parish (7th-12th graders) an inclusive space where they can begin to explore and articulate their own faith journey as well as build Christian community with their peers.
We gather weekly on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, as well as afternoon gatherings on the second Sunday of each month. We offer regular opportunities for service and gathering with other youth across the Diocese.

Youth Ministry Offerings
Youth Sunday School
Youth engage with and deepen our understanding of scripture, check-in about our weeks, and pray collectively together. Using the Journey to Adulthood curriculum, we discuss the readings as they are speaking in their lives today.
Episcopal Youth Community (EYC)
Our EYC programming provides the space for youth to build relationships with their church peers, create mentorships with adult volunteers, and explore their faith and self-identity in a community environment.
Sunday Suppers
On the second Sunday of the month, our youth ministry leads Sunday Suppers, an outreach mission at Trinity Methodist that serves a hot meal our food insecure neighbors.
Confirmation
During the Spring semester each year we offer Confirmation classes for youth in 10th - 12th grade. Confirmation is the sacramental rite in which candidates express a mature commitment to Christ, and receive strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by a bishop.
Choir Club
On Wednesdays, we provide supervised activities after school until dinner is served prior to church.
St. Dominic Youth Choir
Our youth choir rehearses weekly throughout the school year and provides music for worship and other special events. The choir utilizes the Royal School of Church Music.
Serving in Worship
Youth are invited to participate in worship leadership beyond singing in the choir. If you are interested in serving in a liturgical role, please let us know. Opportunities include serving as an Acolyte or Usher, assisting with the Altar or Bread Guild, or, once Confirmed, serving as a Lay Reader or Eucharistic Minister. Training will be provided once we have discerned together which role best fits your call.
Summer Camp Opportunities
