Friday Morning Yoga Returns September 12
After a restful August break, Friday Morning Yoga at St. Paul’s will resume this fall on Friday, September 12, at 9:00 a.m. in the Parish Hall. Participants are invited to bring a mat, wear comfortable clothing, and come ready for a gentle start to the weekend centered in body, mind, and spirit.
This ministry offers more than just exercise. Each class is a time of fellowship and connection, drawing us together in community as we explore the practice of yoga as a pathway to balance and renewal. Whether you are an experienced yogi or brand new to the practice, all are welcome.
Please note that we will not meet on the first Friday in September (September 5) this year, since our instructors are traveling. Instead, we will gather on September 12 to begin our fall rhythm. After that, classes will continue weekly on Friday mornings at 9:00 a.m.
