Enter the Shrove Tuesday Gumbo Cook-Off

Calling all gumbo chefs! St. Paul’s Shrove Tuesday Gumbo Cook-Off returns on Tuesday, February 17, and we are looking for parishioners willing to share their favorite gumbo recipes for this much-loved tradition. One of the joys of the evening is tasting a wide variety of gumbos, so whether your specialty is seafood, chicken, vegetarian, or even alpha-gal friendly, we would love to include it.
