Needlepoint Kneelers To Be Restored

Every Sunday, hundreds of people kneel at the altar rail at St. Paul's for Communion. Each time, they kneel on cushions that were beautifully and meticulously made by members of our church. After years of use, the needlepoint kneelers are in need of repair. Thanks to a gift to the endowment from Mary Alice Pearson, who once chaired the effort to create them, our Altar Guild is sending them off for restoration. Starting this Sunday, we will have temporary kneelers in place until they are returned.

Here is a sampling of these beautiful kneelers.
