Twelfth Night Eucharist and Chili Potluck

Monday, January 5, 2026
5:30 pm, The Mayfield Farm

Each year, the Burning of the Greens marks the close of the Christmas season with fire, food, and prayer. This year, while a Washington County burn ban prevents us from holding our traditional bonfire, we will still gather for our Twelfth Night Chili Potluck and Eucharist at 5:30 p.m. at the Mayfields’ farm. The Mayfields will provide chili. Please bring and appetizer or dessert to share.

The heart of the evening remains the same: a shared meal, worship, and the joy of being together as we transition from Christmas into Epiphany. You are welcome to bring your Christmas greens, which we will burn at a later date when conditions permit. Join us as we celebrate the light of Christ that continues to guide us into the year ahead.
